This week we got to sit down with Jon Reed of JonERP.com to discuss the SAP Influencer Summit and clarification of SAP’s strategy. We also had a great clarification from Thomas on the Netweaver versions. If you have questions, suggestions, or topic ideas for future episodes, give us a shout here.

Happy Holidays guys! Like the eGhead Christmas Hat and looking forward to whatever version number and product name you give your next podcast! One thing I know from all the announcements this year that you’ve been discussing…2011 is going to be a wild ride!
Guys, I didn’t want to break my comment tradition, but then I thought it would be stupid to post on a podcast I appeared in. As I was listening to Enterprise Geeks edition 3.004999, I had my headset on to re-listening to the NetWeaver versioning stuff as I can never hear that often enough to remember it fully.
Anyhow, with my headset on I could hear a sound effect in the background that sounded very much like a toilet continuously flushing. I wondered if that was a sound effect you put in and it indeed it was a hint. But seriously – I felt bad about hammering you guys on TechEd without you having a chance to respond. I’m sure there is a reasonable explanation that lies somewhere between the slot machines and the roulette table.
Thanks for a terrific egeeks season, already looking ahead to the continuation of version 3 moch 2, albeit with acknowledged dependencies on these past episodes…
– Jon
p.s. one thing we didn’t touch on in the podcast was in terms of Dreamforce versus the #SAPsummit, Dennis Howlett wrote a compelling piece on that topic:
