The morning after the RIA Hacker Night in TechEd Vienna, fellow Enterprise Geek Craig Cmehil and myself had the opportunity to sit down and discuss the highlights of the Hacker Night, TechEd in General, and the future of both events. We also spend a little time looking back at some of the less know activities of TechEds past (digging up some stories that were perhaps best left unmentioned).
The infamous community shirt from TechEd Boston 2005
I’ve been a bit slack on posting this and it’s partially because I didn’t want to actually share with the world the awesomeness that has been the RIA Hacker Night 2009 so far! But I guess I better at least give everyone a taste of what they missed out so far.
Many of you probably know this already but the Enterprise Geeks decided to reach deep and sponsor the event this year together with some others…
So we were in great company and of course had a great time with so many great eGheads while in Phoenix and Vienna – Bangalore is next!
Due to technical issues with the service I was using in Phoenix I was not able to save the live stream however Vienna was a different issue and the above is about 3 hours of Hacker Night goodness!
Back again and joined by a whole crew of eGheads, listen in on the SAP TechEd day 3 podcast recorded live in the Community Clubhouse. It was a great episode with a variety of topics and great interviews. We had the opportunity to talk with demo jam winners Sebastian Steinhauer and Tobias Queck from the Imagineering team, Craig Cmehil on RIAHackerNight, Marilyn Pratt on BPXSlam, and Clint Nelsen from Startup Weekend.
If you have questions, suggestions, or topic ideas for future episodes, give us a shout here. Enjoy!
The eGheads enjoying SAP TechEd 2009 in Phoenix, Arizona
The eGeeks are back with highlights and updates from Day 2 of SAP TechEd, the biggest, baddest Enterprise Geek Event in the universe. Listen in on this episode recorded live in the Expert Lounge of the SAP Clubhouse Cafe. We were happy to be joined by many of our fellow eGheads including Rich Heilman, Thomas Ritter, Brian Dennett, Leonardo Araujo, Matthias Zeller, Doug Hay, and Jason Hubbard. If you’re not here, you are missing a chance to hang with some of the greatest minds in the SAP Ecosystem, but if you weren’t able to make it, be sure to check out SAP TechEd Live.
If you have questions, suggestions, or topic ideas for future episodes, give us a shout here. Enjoy!
In the following “SDN Land of the ÜberGeek” episode Craig Cmehil speaks with Adobe about the upcoming RIA Hacker Night at the SAP TechEd 2009 events in Phoenix, Vienna and Bangalore and the brand new edition to the evening event the – “Code Camp”.
