2010 gave birth to the “Innovation Weekend” at the SAP TechEd event in Berlin and Las Vegas this year – surprisingly I was not alone in my thoughts as several others were thinking of similar type activities so it made this event becoming a reality even easier!
So here we are in final countdown to Berlin and the Innovation Weekend is in full swing!
We’ve got sandbox systems, experts and some real life business cases we are bringing for you to sink your teeth into! We’re talking to lots of interesting people and we’ve still got room for you to join!
Of course you guys know all this since I’m a marketing fiend everywhere else soooo bottom line is egHeads I’ve a free pass (just the Innovation Weekend) available for Berlin – it’s up for grabs and all you have to do is ask – now of course the most unique way of asking gets it

It’s that time of the year again, SAP TechEd is ramping up and that means the Demo Jam call for submissions is on it’s way! In fact with this post I’m going to share some of the interesting new things this year to help make your submission a bit more attention!
The video is about 12 mins long and I cover several things including a sneak peek at some of the information we’ve gathered in the "innojagd" so far! But also about some new changes to the Demo Jam including the fact that once again this year I am available to discuss your ideas and submissions with before you actually submit and for those who actually present their idea at one of the "innojagd" events and then submit to Demo Jam based on the feedback you receive you’ll get an "added advantage with the selection committee"

Two more interviews I got to do in Phoenix focused around innovation at SAP the first was with Denis Browne from the SAP Imagineering group (where Ed and Dan did a fellowship) and we got to talk about the possible future of the Enterprise and how we interact with our traditional ERP systems (video here) and the second was with Claus von Riegen from SAP in Germany around Open Innovation, Open Source and technology standards (video here)
